This is achieved through the Sustainable Green Print (SGP) Accreditation program (ISO14001-2004 accreditation). ISO14001 Environmental Management System (EMS) is the global standard for EMS.

McDonald Printing Group has followed a policy of environmental improvement for many years. Vegetable based inks are used and the use of FSC Certified Paper, 100% Recycled Paper or paper containing an element of recycled content are actively encouraged and promoted.

The McDonald Printing Group Environmental Management System has been in place since 1995. It has been developed within the Quality Assurance system to address and handle the unique Environmental issues faced by a print manufacturer.  The is another way McDonald Printing Group constantly looks for ways to improve environmental credentials and reduce any impact on the environment.
